Designed for solopreneurs and small businesses needing foundational financial tracking.

Includes:

  • Transaction management

  • Categorization of income and expenses

  • Bank feed connection (QBO)

  • Monthly bank & credit card reconciliations

  • Basic financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)

Core

Starting at $615/month

Ideal for growing businesses that require additional clarity and accuracy.

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

  • Loan account reconciliations

  • Journal entries & adjustments

  • Merchant fee split (POS systems)

  • Monthly financial statements delivered by the 15th

  • Unlimited email support

Advanced

Starting at $1025/month

Best for businesses with employees or complex financial activity.

Includes everything in Core, plus:

  • Payroll management through third-party provider (e.g., Gusto)

  • Sales tax tracking and reporting

  • Accounts Payable (A/P) setup & management

  • Accounts Receivable (A/R) invoicing

  • 1099 preparation

Clean-Up & Back-Work Services

If your books are behind—or haven’t been started at all—we offer clean-up and back-work services to get everything in order.

Ideal for:

  • Businesses that haven’t done bookkeeping in several months (or more)

  • Books that were categorized incorrectly and need to be reviewed/redone

  • Accounts that were never reconciled or reconciled incorrectly

Process includes:

  • Categorizing historical transactions

  • Reconciling accounts over multiple periods
